Marlène Rougier
Fashion / Upcycled Womenswear / Limited Editions
Marlene Rougier is a Bordeaux-based independent designer creating handmade womenswear from upcycled fabrics and vintage garments.
Every piece begins with what already exists — unused textiles, forgotten materials, garments with a past. From there, she reimagines and reconstructs them in her own studio, producing limited, one-of-a-kind designs released in small weekly drops.
Not trend-led. Not volume-driven. Personal, creative, and circular.
True Upcycling at Source
Each piece is built from reclaimed fabrics or existing garments. This avoids new textile production and gives materials a second life through thoughtful reconstruction.
Handmade in Bordeaux
Production happens in her own atelier — small-scale, independent, transparent.
Twice-Weekly Limited Drops
New pieces are released every Wednesday and Sunday at 18:00. Limited quantities create intention instead of overflow.
Sewing Patterns Available
Beyond ready-to-wear, she offers PDF sewing patterns, encouraging customers to participate in the making process and extend garments themselves.
This is not just buying fashion — it’s engaging with it.
